Washman Car Wash | Grand Ave.

Great carwash as most washman carwashes are. This one can service extra large vehicles as well. That is nice. The reason for 4 stars is because the line wraps around the lot with vaccumes. It makes it hard to exit and find a vacuum stall. And when you do, you may temporarily be blocked in by the line. It really isn't any fault of washman. It is just the way that location works. Still a pain in the butt when they are busy. Otherwise, a great wash.

Bought my first annual membership. Signed up fast with cars waiting behind me. The terms were tricky — ended up paying way more. Always read the fine print! Staff are busy and won’t explain everything. Didn’t mean to blame the hardworking staff—they’re seem short-staffed, but management’s cost-cutting is the real issue

I never thought I would be reviewing a car wash but here we are. I recently purchased my nicest vehicle I’ve owned and it’s white so I want to keep it really clean. I got the membership. I don’t have much to say about the car wash services, but there is a woman who works here who goes out of her way every time. I don’t know her name but she’s got brown curly hair and the friendliest demeanor. You never know what someone is going through and how far kindness can reach. If she’s not a manager she deserves a raise because I’ll continue my membership just because of her. Thank you.

The staff was nice, but the car wash (#2) did a poor job of cleaning my car, and the vacuums have very weak suction and a very short 5 minute limit. Just bad equipment all around at this carwash, really.

Mario #1400 at Washman car wash is a great salesman. He sold me on washing my truck for six months unlimited. Can’t get any better than that.
